The recommendations provided through the App are for informational purposes only and are not intended to constitute professional, technical, or chemical advice. You are responsible for independently verifying all recommendations before use.

We may use approximate location information to identify participating retailers or pool professionals operating within your geographic area and to display relevant in-app promotions, discounts, or service recommendations. You may disable promotional offers through your App settings at any time.

Certain non-sensitive data inputs and service-related information may be shared with participating third-party retailers to facilitate product recommendations, availability, and service matching within the App.

• Provide you with the App and its contents, and any other information, products, or services that you request from us.
• Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
• Give you notices about your account/subscription, including expiration and renewal notices.
• Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
• Notify you when App updates are available, and of changes to any products or services we offer or provide through it.
• Improve our platform and user experience.
• Enforce our terms and prevent fraud.
• Comply with legal obligations.

The usage information we collect helps us to improve our App and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to:

• Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.

• To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by the Company about our App users is among the assets transferred.

You can choose whether or not to allow the App to collect information through optional location-based App features by adjusting your preferences within your account settings in the App. If you disable or refuse cookies or block the use of optional location-based App features, some parts of the App may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

Location Information

You can choose whether or not to allow the App to collect and use real-time information about your device’s location through the device’s privacy settings. If you block the use of location information, some parts of the App may become inaccessible or not function properly.

Promotion by the Company

If you do not want us to use your email address to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by adjusting your preferences within your account settings in the App. You can also always opt-out by logging into the App and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile by checking or unchecking the relevant boxes or by sending us an email stating your request to [email protected].

Partner Promotions and Location-Based Offers

The App may display promotional offers, discounts, or recommendations from participating pool supply retailers or pool maintenance professionals whose service territory includes your approximate location. These promotions are based on general geographic relevance and App functionality, not cross-platform behavioral advertising or third-party ad tracking. You may opt out of receiving promotional offers within the App at any time through your account settings. We do not sell personal information, share personal information with advertising networks, or permit third-party behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking within the App.

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

You may review and update your personal information by logging into your account and visiting your profile settings within the App.

We may require you to verify your identity before processing your request. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate a request to change or delete information if we believe doing so would violate any applicable law or legal requirement or cause the information to be inaccurate.

Data Security

We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
